A leading environmental consulting firm in Ottawa is seeking a Talent Acquisition Technician to support recruitment processes. The role requires organizing interviews, screening resumes, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate should have a college diploma in administration or Human Resources and at least 2 years of experience in recruitment support. Bilingualism in French and English is essential. This position offers flexibility, hybrid work arrangements, and various professional growth opportunities.

Under the supervision of Francis Duval, and working closely with Lola, Stacie, Sharanya, Charles-Antoine, Nancy and Vanessa, the Talent Acquisition Technician plays a key role in operational support of the recruitment process.
They collaborate closely with recruiters, managers and internal partners all across Canada, in both languages (French and English) to ensure smooth and efficient candidate experience, while respecting the quality standards and recruitment deadlines specific to the engineering sector.
To perform this role the technician will need to be working from the Ottawa office at least 2 days per week.
