  • Amplify Our Story – Bring Novisto’s mission and sales opportunity to life by showcasing our purpose-driven culture, career growth potential, and the impact our go-to-market teams have on the business.
  • Drive Results with Data – Track key hiring metrics like time-to-fill, pipeline health, and source effectiveness, presenting clear updates to stakeholders and quickly adapting strategies to meet sales hiring targets.
  • Iterate and Elevate – Continuously refine our sales recruitment process to improve speed, candidate quality, and hiring manager satisfaction.
  • Explore Beyond Recruiting – Contribute to broader people initiatives such as employer branding, onboarding, and performance enablement projects that shape our growing Sales organization.
