A leading law firm in Canada seeks a Recruitment Specialist to manage full‑cycle recruitment. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience and a post‑secondary education in business or HR. Responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies, screening applications, and maintaining relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, this position is responsible for business professional full‑cycle recruitment. This role will also conduct exit interviews, assist with onboarding, and participate in various Human Resources initiatives. The successful candidate will have a strong recruitment background with proven experience specialized searches.

We are currently working in a hybrid work arrangement, which includes a requirement to work primarily in the office and flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days per week.
