A leading tech company in Vancouver is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to source top talent. We’re looking for an ambitious Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. This role is primarily responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process – from crafting compelling job postings and sourcing top talent to delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
We are open to candidates located in Vancouver or Toronto.
Reporting to the Sr. Director People and Culture, you’ll get to work on a variety of exciting initiatives that go beyond day-to-day recruiting.

In determining salary, Rival Technologies considers many factors including the successful candidate’s skillset and experience as well as internal equity. The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $85,000, with the upper portion typically reserved for tenured employees who have developed extensive job knowledge and expertise within the company.
