With the rapid growth at Kensington, we are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. This position will execute high-volume recruitment mandates within the organization, with a focus on attracting travel sales talent within a competitive market. You will be entrusted with an ongoing expectation to identify top talent, build and represent a strong employer brand, and ensure a great experience for both the candidate and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be organized, entrepreneurial, and resilient with the ability to utilize a variety of creative recruitment strategies.

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage the full-cycle high-volume recruitment process, including needs assessments, job postings, targeted marketing, candidate screening, video or in-person interviews, offer negotiations, reference checks, and onboarding
  • Source quality candidates and develop talent pipeline outside of general applications
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the travel industry
  • Leverage deep business acumen, market intelligence, and industry insights to build high-quality talent pipelines and support data-driven hiring decisions
  • Maintain accurate recruiting data and candidate notes for compliance, ensure real-time candidate status updates reflect in ATS
  • Prioritize candidate experience, timely communication, and a seamless hiring process
  • Manage stakeholders with the utmost professionalism
  • Consistently meet or exceed KPIs and recruitment metrics
  • Be agile and adaptable to the business needs; manage ad hoc requests/tasks
What You’ll Need:
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting
  • Recruiting sales professionals and travel sales is an asset
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment is an asset
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; with outstanding communication skills
  • Proven experience in sourcing initiatives, campus recruitment, and/or other recruitment campaigns
  • Ability to champion corporate initiatives and boost brand awareness
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); ATS proficiency, Greenhouse is an asset
