A global insights firm is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process. This role involves sourcing top talent, delivering exceptional candidate experiences, and enhancing hiring efficiency. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment and is proficient in using HRIS and ATS tools. The role offers a hybrid work model and a compensation package reflective of experience.
We’re looking for an ambitious Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR department. In this role, you’ll be primarily responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process – from crafting compelling job postings and sourcing top talent to delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
We are open to candidates located in Vancouver or Toronto.
Reporting to the Sr Director, People and Culture, you’ll get to work on a variety of exciting initiatives that go beyond day‑to‑day recruiting.
