Key responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies and ensuring an excellent candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years in full-cycle recruitment, preferably with technical roles, and possess strong communication skills. This role supports a flexible hybrid work model and offers a competitive compensation package including health benefits and profit-sharing opportunities.
We are a firm that does things a little differently. This is your opportunity to join our high‑caliber, experienced group of professionals on a mission to re‑imagine the future by changing the way that buildings are conceived and constructed. We are passionate about our work and the talented individuals that get to deliver complex projects on a regular basis.
Entuitive is looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor based out of our Toronto office. In this role you will lead a variety of hires across a cross‑section of engineering service groups nationally, shaping and driving both the hiring leader & candidate experience. As well, you will lead student hiring and our campus program, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce overseeing the full lifecycle of intern, co‑op, and new graduate hiring. You will be the face of our brand on campus and the architect of a best‑in‑class early talent experience.
We operate at a high bar with urgency, ownership, and effective communication. You will be expected to develop trusting relationships with your business, move fast without sacrificing quality, and continuously improve our candidate experience, partnering with the business to drive outcomes.
At Entuitive, we’re driven by a shared passion for creativity, collaboration, and technical excellence. We see what others can’t— connecting the big picture with the finest details to deliver solutions that push the boundaries of building design, construction, and operations.
We operate as one company, fostering a supportive culture built on teamwork, respect, and shared success. Our flexible hybrid work model (37.5‑hour workweek, with three in‑office days) empowers balance while keeping us connected and collaborative.
You’ll have the opportunity to work on meaningful, high‑impact, and truly cool projects that shape skylines and communities across Canada and beyond. We’re deeply committed to professional growth — from hands‑on mentoring and technical training to continued education and defined pathways toward leadership — ensuring every team member can grow their career with purpose.
We believe in rewarding the expertise and dedication that drives our success.
For junior and intermediate team members, Entuitive offers a strong foundation for growth through dedicated mentoring, coaching, and diverse project exposure, supported by continuing education opportunities and clear career pathways to leadership.
