Job description
What is the opportunity?

We are a firm that does things a little differently. This is your opportunity to join our high‑caliber, experienced group of professionals on a mission to re‑imagine the future by changing the way that buildings are conceived and constructed. We are passionate about our work and the talented individuals that get to deliver complex projects on a regular basis.

Entuitive is looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor based out of our Toronto office. In this role you will lead a variety of hires across a cross‑section of engineering service groups nationally, shaping and driving both the hiring leader & candidate experience. As well, you will lead student hiring and our campus program, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce overseeing the full lifecycle of intern, co‑op, and new graduate hiring. You will be the face of our brand on campus and the architect of a best‑in‑class early talent experience.

We operate at a high bar with urgency, ownership, and effective communication. You will be expected to develop trusting relationships with your business, move fast without sacrificing quality, and continuously improve our candidate experience, partnering with the business to drive outcomes.

Keys to success within this role:
  • Ownership – when we partner to understand and deliver on our commitments, leaders trust us to align with their goals
  • Influencing without authority – building trust with hiring leaders and candidates unlocks a smooth process and drives stronger outcomes
  • Iterative tenacity – iterating, learning, and adapting to a mix of shifting priorities
  • Growth mindset – life‑long learner, focused on staying current with a curiosity to adopt new strategies and embrace new tools
What will you do?
Pipeline Development
  • Effective sourcing strategies, leveraging multiple tools and strategies to generate prospects and translate them into leads.
  • Identify and implement methods of attracting and acquiring high performers for Structural and Civil Engineering roles.
  • Source, build, and nurture a network of contacts and a pipeline of talent to facilitate timely solutions for future resourcing needs.
Candidate Experience
  • Open, timely, and informed effective communication – no candidate left in a black hole or with the perception of being ghosted.
  • Proactive and future‑focused mindset, creating lasting relationships for pipeline growth.
  • High touch candidate experience from beginning to end while owning the full life cycle of responsibilities.
Hiring Leader Engagement
  • Consistent robust kick‑off calls, validating target profiles, confirming qualifications.
  • Shape and drive hiring leaders by coaching leaders on talent market and competitor insights, recruitment best practices, and candidate engagement.
What do you need to succeed?
  • A minimum of 4 years experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably recruiting for civil or structural engineering or other highly technical roles.
  • A self‑starter attitude with a high sense of urgency and drive without sacrificing on quality.
  • Experience building effective relationships with diverse teams, candidates, clients, and hiring leaders, with an ability to communicate effectively with candidates and business leaders at all levels.
  • Solid experience with creating sourcing and recruiting strategies, leveraging a broad range of tools besides simply LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Proficiency with ATS systems, and an appreciation for clean data and data insights.
  • Creativity and teamwork – thriving in an organizational culture that values ingenuity and collective effort.
