The Canada Council for the Arts is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment strategy. You will coordinate all recruitment activities, work with hiring managers, and ensure effective staffing through the Talent Acquisition Management System.
You will advise on policies, employment equity, and official languages, build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and drive innovative, compliant talent practices across the organization.
