Overview

Montreal, Quebec • In office • Full-time. Planned is an event management platform that helps companies streamline their meetings & events booking process. We make it easy for anyone to plan successful events while giving finance teams the visibility and control they need to maximize their budget. As a Recruiter at Planned, you will help build out our teams with the strongest candidates in the market - talent density is baked into our culture. You will source talent, assess their fit, provide them with an amazing candidate experience. You will be recruiting for a wide range of roles from our customer success team to software engineering, and everything in between.

The Role
  • Partner closely with key internal stakeholders to understand each business function and role
  • Lead the end to end search process and conduct screening calls
  • Collaborate with the rest of the recruitment team to develop new sourcing strategies & build a strong talent pipeline for each role
  • Provide candidates with support and guidance throughout the interview process to ensure a positive experience
About You
  • Experience with end-to-end recruitment and/or sales roles
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ‘getting-things-done’ mindset, focused on delivering results
  • Understanding of high-quality talent - you have high standards
  • Proven success in a fast-paced startup and/or tech environment
