  • Partner with hiring managers across the organization to further understand hiring needs
  • Participate in the full life‑cycle of recruiting, including pre‑screening candidates, scheduling interviews, salary negotiation, onboarding documentation, etc.
  • Work closely with our recruiting and operations teams to develop a pipeline of candidates in niche areas as determined by market needs and business strategies
  • Utilize both standard and creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent and find qualified candidates in your market
  • Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events, college campuses, training institutes, job fairs, etc.
  • Implement recruiting ideas and strategies to contribute to the future growth of the company
  • Maintain job posts and assist in the creation of standardized Job Descriptions
  • Create and send out candidate offer letters with salary negotiations
  • Coordinate with practice leads and the recruiting team to ensure regular follow‑up with candidates and own the candidate experience to ensure it’s always positive
  • Always maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately
  • Conduct necessary onboarding sessions with the new hires
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 4+ years of recruiting experience (must be within the Salesforce and/or Amazon (AWS) space)
  • Prior experience with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiting is a plus
  • Proficient with Google Suite (word, sheets, calendar)
  • Excellent communicator; must be comfortable and confident on the phone
  • Competitive and goal‑oriented with appropriate attention to detail
  • Passion for establishing and maintaining relationships with recruited consultants
  • Works well both independently & as a team
