The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent across technical and corporate roles. This role requires proactive sourcing, strong candidate engagement, and collaboration with hiring managers and HR teams to align recruitment with business priorities. You will manage applicant tracking systems, track recruitment metrics, and continuously optimize hiring processes. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced, fully remote environment, delivering a seamless candidate experience while supporting onboarding and employer branding initiatives. This role provides the opportunity to influence talent strategy while contributing directly to the company’s growth and culture.

Accountabilities
  • Lead full‑cycle recruitment, from role intake through onboarding
  • Proactively source, engage, and build pipelines for candidates in cybersecurity, IT, compliance, and corporate functions
  • Partner with hiring managers to align on job requirements, hiring priorities, and candidate fit
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience, representing the organization at career events and in outreach communications
  • Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and HRIS updates for compliance
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to HR leadership for data‑driven decisions
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline and enhance recruitment efficiency
Requirements
  • 2–4 years of recruiting or HR experience with proven success managing end‑to‑end recruitment
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust with candidates and stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace; experience with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
  • Proactive, self‑starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly, embrace feedback, and continuously improve processes
