Eclipse Automation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment for engineering, manufacturing, and skilled trades roles. This 12-month contract position supports the Rock Hill facility while partnering with the Cambridge, ON Talent Acquisition team to meet enterprise hiring objectives.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in manufacturing, automation, engineering, or industrial environments.
  • Proven experience recruiting for engineering disciplines such as Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, Automation, or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Experience recruiting skilled trades and production roles.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities, including LinkedIn Recruiter and direct candidate outreach.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with leaders, candidates, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • A proactive, consultative, and results-oriented approach to recruiting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage candidate screening, interviews, assessments, references, offers, and onboarding activities.
  • Represent Eclipse Automation at career fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition team to support company-wide recruiting initiatives and share best practices.
  • Track recruitment metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

The Position:

At Eclipse Automation, our people are the driving force behind our innovation. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to serve as the recruiting lead for our Rock Hill facility, supporting the attraction and hiring of top engineering, manufacturing, and skilled trades talent.

This role will focus primarily on recruiting for Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, Automation, and Manufacturing Engineering positions while also supporting hiring for skilled trades and production roles. The successful candidate will partner closely with local business leaders and the Human Resources Business Partner in Rock Hill while collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team based in Cambridge, ON, Canada to support facility and enterprise-wide talent acquisition objectives.

This role is ideal for a dynamic recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment and wants to make a meaningful impact on building world-class engineering and trades teams. This is a 12 months contract role.

What You'll Do Here:
