Our client is seeking a HR Talent Acquisition Representative II to join their team. As a HR Talent Acquisition Representative II, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition department supporting recruitment efforts for challenging-to-fill roles. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and strategic thinking, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Description
  • Partner with the recruitment team to execute talent sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using tools and analytics to identify suitable candidates.
  • Build strong relationships with potential candidates to maintain a viable talent pipeline.
  • Utilize social media, professional networks, and technology tools to locate and engage external talent prospects.
  • Collaborate with hiring leaders to understand talent requirements and develop targeted sourcing plans.
