We are searching for a Technical Recruiter to join our People & Culture team—someone who thrives on connecting exceptional technical talent with meaningful work. In this role, you’ll drive the full-cycle recruitment process to attract and secure top engineers, product specialists, and technology professionals who power Versaterm’s growth and innovation. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical needs, craft targeted sourcing strategies, and deliver a seamless, engaging candidate experience. As a trusted recruitment advisor, you’ll champion best practices in technical hiring, contribute to our employer brand, and ensure our hiring strategies align with Versaterm’s mission and long-term goals.
This position is based in our Ottawa office.
