As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will drive innovative sourcing strategies, lead a national team, and ensure that our hiring practices support the operational needs of our dealerships, including automotive retail, fixed operations, collision centres, and corporate functions.
This role is a full‑time permanent position based in Edmonton and is ideal for a strategic, motivated leader with experience in high‑volume recruiting, multi‑brand operations, and automotive industry talent acquisition. Your leadership will ensure consistent, compliant, and effective recruitment delivery across all regions.
