Client Overview

We have a large SAAS company client who is looking for a recruiting coordinator in Canada. This role is fully remote and a six-month contract. Candidates may live anywhere in Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved
  • Prepare and distribute interview materials, including job descriptions, candidate resumes, and interview schedules
  • Generate and distribute offer letters and other hiring documentation
  • Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive candidate and company information
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and procedures
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of recruiting coordinator experience for a large tech company
  • Experience working for a US-based company
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
