We have a large SAAS company client who is looking for a recruiting coordinator in Canada. This role is fully remote, a six‑month contract, and candidates may live anywhere in Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved.
  • Prepare and distribute interview materials, including job descriptions, candidate resumes, and interview schedules.
  • Generate and distribute offer letters and other hiring documentation.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive candidate and company information.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and procedures.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of recruiting coordinator experience for a large tech company.
  • Experience working for a U.S.‑based company.
  • Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience using ATS Greenhouse.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
