Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Location: Ottawa, Canada

Duration: 12 month contract with extensions/conversion

Pay Range: 23-25 USD

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and service-driven Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Global TA team. In this role, you will be the face of the recruiting process—ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters alike. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about talent acquisition and interested in growing their career in HR or recruiting.

You’ll work cross-functionally with global teams, support high-volume interview coordination, and help optimize our recruiting operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule high-volume, complex interviews across multiple time zones, including travel and accommodations when needed
  • Serve as a host for onsite candidates, ensuring a smooth and welcoming interview experience
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver a best-in-class candidate journey
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 2–3 years of experience in a recruiting or HR coordination role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, etc.) is a plus
