A leading financial services provider in Toronto is seeking a Senior Advisor, Talent Acquisition to manage the recruitment process for corporate roles. The role requires strong skills in full life cycle recruiting, with an emphasis on sourcing and employer branding. Ideal candidates are bilingual and have experience with Applicant Tracking Systems. Be part of our talented and growing team! We are currently looking for a Senior Advisor, Talent Acquisition , to join our team report to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition. This is a temporary 6 month contract .
As a Senior Advisor, Talent Acquisition, you will be primarilyaccountable for recruitment for corporate roles from entry level to management. You will be responsible to source candidates, screen resumes, pre-screen candidates, manage offers and providing guidance to hiring managers. In addition, you will deliver integrated recruitment services, employer branding and social media solutions.

Assist in preparing and delivering program communications and training for HR Partners and business clients as applicable.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
3-5 years experience in full life cycle in recruiting.
Experience with social media platforms and innovative ways to promote employer branding.
Solid experience with Applicant Tracking systems, knowledge of Workday is an asset.
The ability to manage multiple requisitions.
Work with a sense of urgency.
Bilingualism (French / English) , an asset.
