Qualifications

Job Title: Co-op/Intern, Talent Acquisition (Winter 2026)

Location: Toronto, ON

Term: 4 months

Start Date: January 19, 2026

Overview

Our People team is looking for a motivated and proactive co-op student to join us for the Winter 2026 term and assist in various functions within our Talent Acquisition team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment, learning and contributing to various HR/Talent Acquisition functions while developing their skills.

Responsibilities (could include but are not limited to)
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team with candidate sourcing, application screening, scheduling and communication, as well as maintaining applicant tracking systems and candidate data
    • Build candidate pools via initiatives tied to sourcing, employer brand, referrals, agency partners, networking, and any other channels suitable for driving high‑quality diverse candidates
    • Effectively manage the inbound flow of internal and external candidate applications including referrals in our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse).
    • Schedule interviews for candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters—managing multiple calendars between different time zones
  • Provide a top notch candidate experience, ensuring all candidates are in the right place at the right time, and providing an overall exceptional white‑glove experience
  • Support recruiters and our business with offer and contract administration
  • Coordinate external/internal hiring events
  • Assist the wider TA team with the delivery of TA specific projects/initiatives
Requirements
