Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in tactical or high‑risk security roles; 5+ years preferred.
• Certification in Use of Force / Defensive Tactics (e.g., PPCT, MOAB, or equivalent).
• Authorized to legally work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, tenants, and visitors.
• Perform proactive foot patrols and respond rapidly to incidents.
• Write clear and concise reports for client communication.
