Job summary

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for key roles
  • Review and evaluate inbound applications to identify candidates meeting qualifications
  • Manage outreach and relationship management with early-stage candidates
  • Track sourcing activity and pipeline metrics to evaluate effectiveness and improve strategies
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Specialists to advance qualified candidates into the recruitment process
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • College diploma or university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or sourcing, preferably in a high-volume organization
  • Demonstrated success using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, with Workday preferred
  • Strong alignment with the organization's mission, vision, and values
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Professional recruitment designation (e.g., RPR, CHRP/CHRL) considered an asset
  • Experience building pipelines for specialized or hard-to-fill roles
  • Exposure to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
  • Bilingual (English/French) preferred
