HealthOPM is seeking a Community Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with wound care experience to provide in-home nursing services for a male patient in the Hamilton, Ontario area nearby Dundas Museum and Archives.
This opportunity is well suited for an RPN local to Dundas ON who is available to begin right away and comfortable with brief, recurring community visits.
$33–$34 per hour, based on experience
Role: Community RPN – Wound Care
Location: Hamilton, Ontario (Dundas area)
Schedule: Every other day
Visit Duration: Approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour
Start Date: Next week
Patient: Adult male
Care Focus: Wound care and dressing changes
Complete wound assessments and dressing changes as required
Observe and report changes in wound healing
Document care provided accurately and consistently
Provide professional, respectful, patient-focused care
Active Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) registration in Ontario
Demonstrated wound care experience
Ability to work independently in a community setting
Valid Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC)
Current TB test and standard compliance documentation
Reliable transportation and dependable availability
