Job description

We're seeking a Systems Technician to join our client's ever-growing team in Moncton, NB! In this role, you'll perform maintenance and inspections of restaurant kitchen fire suppression systems, fire extinguisher service, building fire alarm inspections, spark detection inspections, and emergency light inspections.

What We Offer:

• $20 - $21 / hour, based on experience ($1 more an hour if you are bilingual)
• Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• On-site training
• Immediate start
• Weekly pay, every Friday!
• Free WHMIS Training

What You’ll Do:

• Greet all customers (in person or over the phone) with a positive, engaging and welcoming attitude.
• Complete routine maintenance and inspections of emergency response equipment.
• Travel to various customer sites within the Maritimes.
• Deliver a high level of customer service and support.
• Handle all customer transactions in a timely manner.
• Follow all policies and standard operating procedures related to cash, credit, check, refund and return policies.
• Adhere to inventory control programs, in-stock standards and all operating procedures.
• Other store support related duties including but not limited to supporting the warehouse functions and delivery / pickup of product as required.

• A clean criminal record is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel throughout the Maritimes (NB, NS, and PE), including overnight travel.
• Must be comfortable working above floor level and on a ladder.
• Bilingual in French and English is a strong asset.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Neat in appearance with strong customer service skills.
• Team player who works well with others.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs on a continual basis.
• Reliable and dependable, able to show up to work every day and on time!
