Responsibilities
  • Facilitate and support LnW software systems integrations with third-party game suppliers.
  • Analyse and trouble shoot third-party game provider integrations.
  • 2nd line support of third-party game provider integration related incidents.
  • Liaison with and support of third-party game providers, testers and internal development teams.
  • Software integration and test environment configuration and maintenance.
  • Identification of areas for process improvement, solutions proposal and implementation.
  • Task automation.
Qualifications

Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, including the ability to communicate technical information to non-IT professionals.

Ability to establish confidence, rapport and foster cooperative relationships with customers, partners and co-workers.

Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills.

Experience with systems integration.

Good working knowledge of Linux / Unix OS, REST API, JSON

Good working knowledge of web development and web browser troubleshooting techniques (Chrome, Safari).

Good working knowledge of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, HTTP protocol).

Highly motivated, able to work without supervision, eager to learn on the job and willing to work as part of a team.

It would also be great to see these skills/experience as well:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Online gaming domain knowledge.
  • Working experience with distributed systems deployment and maintenance.
  • Experience with Version Control Systems.
  • Understanding of computer networking.
