As a Risk Services Operations, Efficiency & Effectiveness Technical Lead, you’ll be instrumental in delivering technical solutions that enhance operational efficiency across Risk Services. You’ll lead the development and integration of SAAS platforms and APIs, collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements, and oversee testing strategies to ensure seamless system performance. You’ll also guide rollout plans, analyze workflows, and act as a technical subject matter expert—all while staying ahead of industry trends and supporting our broader business goals.

  • Managing multiple priorities and delivering results in a fast-paced environment

You have:
  • Post‑secondary education in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field—or equivalent experience
  • 5–7 years of experience in business systems or technical solution delivery
  • Proven ability to design, develop, and maintain APIs
  • Strong understanding of operational procedures, reporting tools, and workflows
  • Knowledge of insurance and technical systems; Property & Casualty Insurance experience is a plus
  • Experience working in PC‑oriented environments
  • Bilingualism in English and French (an asset)
