Our client is searching for a Junior Systems Analyst for a 6-month contract on-site downtown Toronto to do the following:

Must Haves:

• 2+ years’ experience with desktop imaging solutions preferably Microsoft SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)
• 2+ years’ experience with mobile device management solutions preferably AirWatch/Workspace One
• 2+ years’ experience with asset management best practices/principles

Responsibilities:

Innovation & Information Technology (I&IT) Service Operations is looking to bring aboard a Junior Systems Analyst under the End Point Provisioning portfolio to help with laptop, desktop, smartphone, and tablet provisioning, decommissioning, and repair. The successful candidate will have responsibilities within our Windows 11 upgrade program which requires ~600 Desktops to be replaced as well as lifecycle and break-fix replacement for desktops, laptops, smartphones, and tablets.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience with:

• hardware lifecycle and asset management
• software provisioning and deployment
• mobile device management solutions (Airwatch/Workspace One)
• technical expertise with endpoint operating systems (Windows, Android, iOS)
• desktop provisioning solutions (Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager)

In addition, the successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills with an ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment and be able to liaise with internal and external support channels within the broader I&IT organization.

Experience/Qualifications:

• Diploma in Computer Science/Related Discipline
• 2 to 5 years of Desktop, Laptop, Smartphone, and Tablet provisioning experience.
• Microsoft A+ or equivalent Certifications are an asset.
