A global logistics technology company seeks an IT Systems Administrator to support and maintain critical systems in a hybrid cloud environment. The role involves implementing, configuring, and monitoring enterprise server and storage solutions for their Data Centre. Candidates should possess over 5 years of IT Systems experience, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Hyper-V and related technologies. This position allows for remote work with occasional on-site visits in Ontario. Competitive salary in the range of $90,000 to $100,000 CAD is offered.

The IT Systems Administrator – Virtualization & Storage will assist in the proactive contribution and on‑going support and maintenance of the operational environment. You will support a variety of hardware and software and ensure that performance and availability of the IT Infrastructure is always maintained at the highest standards. You will be responsible for our virtualized server environment, storage and data management, and our co‑location Data Centre space. This will involve supporting all IS departments and the business with their specific infrastructure needs.
Location: This is a remote position, open to applicants authorized to work in Canada. This position requires the employee to go to the Data centre in Brampton and Cambridge twice a month or as needed.
Salary Range: $90,000 to $100,000 CAD. Compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for this position only. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills as well as the years of experience you have. Similar positions located in different geographic regions will not necessarily receive the same compensation.
