Job Summary

We are seeking a Systems Process Engineer to support a system build process by conducting testing of user requirements, evaluating system usability, and enhancing operational efficiency . The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of warehousing systems, and the ability to work collaboratively with IT and operations teams .

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform system testing based on user requirements and real-world scenarios.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to identify system gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Document test results, progress updates, and system performance reports.
  • Conduct system demonstrations and training sessions for internal teams.
  • Work alongside other testers to meet project deadlines and objectives.
  • Attend daily status meetings via Zoom to discuss findings and system enhancements.
  • Assess system reporting for accuracy and readability.
  • Develop test scenarios to validate system functionality.
Qualifications & Skills
  • âś… Experience in warehousing systems and processes (WMS & OMS expertise preferred).
  • âś… Strong skills in communication, project management, time management, and business analysis.
  • âś… Technical proficiency in system configurations, process automation, and integrations (SAP, UPS internal / external systems, and client systems).
  • âś… Ability to work independently while supporting daily operational system needs.
  • âś… Familiarity with transportation, quality, and automation systems is an asset.
  • âś… Comfortable working in both warehouse and office environments.
  • âś… Travel required based on client needs to the US and within Canada.
Work Schedule & Environment

🕗 Hours : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Additional Requirements
  • Background check required
  • Full-time commitment (40 hours per week)
  • Valid Passport to travel within USA and Canada
