Job Description

As the System Economy Manager you will be in a critical position driving data‑driven decision‑making, optimizing business performance, and shaping the strategic direction of the gaming brands role within the company!

Main Responsibilities
  • Economy and Metrics Insight: Analyze game economies and metrics to understand their interdependencies and drive data‑informed decisions.
  • Develop models to forecast the impact of changes on player behavior, retention, and revenue.
  • Conduct financial performance evaluations, revenue forecasting, and cost optimization analyses.
  • Analyze large datasets to uncover actionable trends in player behavior and game performance.
  • Track key business metrics to assess the effectiveness of gaming products/features/events, marketing campaigns, and revenue‑generating initiatives.
  • Take corrective actions as needed based on performance insights.
  • Manage and execute hands‑on configurations within CRM and other operational systems to support marketing campaigns, player segmentation, and feature rollout.
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies using data‑driven insights.
  • Provide recommendations to enhance game features and in‑game economies based on analytical findings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Math, Engineering, Economics, or another quantitative field.
  • 5+ years in similar analytical roles in the social casino/iGaming industry.
  • Proficient in SQL and experience with complex data queries.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data into actionable insights.
  • Passion for the social gaming industry and an adaptable attitude.
  • Personal values – Pro activeness, assertiveness, goals and not tasks driven self‑management.
Nice to haves
  • Experience with PowerBI.
  • Familiarity with statistical tools and models (R, SAS).
  • Previous supervisory/managerial experience.
