Job summary

A leading technology firm in Canada is seeking a System Analyst II to support IT operations for key clients. Responsibilities include resolving IT issues as part of a dedicated team. Candidates should have 5-7 years of IT experience with strong skills in customer service and problem-solving. Experience with O365 and networking is essential. This role requires working in a rugged environment on a two weeks on, two weeks off schedule.

Qualifications

The Managed Services team at WBM is currently supporting many of Western Canada’s leading companies and our team growing. In this role you would be responsible for the day-to-day IT operations for a key customer as an embedded resource within their organization. This means that you, with the support of your team, will be responsible for resolving any number of IT-related issues that they might have.
