Job summary

Weir Group is seeking an experienced IT professional to join the In-Service Support Team supporting the Royal Canadian Navy. You will provide Level 3 IT support, perform independent verification and validation, and coordinate with DoD clients and internal stakeholders to deploy and improve mission-critical systems.

Ideal candidates bring strong troubleshooting across Microsoft, Linux, virtualization, networking, and storage, plus solid communication skills and the ability to navigate complex

Qualifications

  • Experience providing Level 3 support in complex enterprise IT environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft products and Linux distributions; server/workstation support.
  • Experience with enterprise infrastructure, including virtual workloads, networking, and storage.
  • Able to troubleshoot across multiple technology domains with strong communication.
  • Canadian citizenship with 10+ years in Canada to meet security clearance requirements.

About the roleJoin a high-impact team supporting IT professionals who develop business and mission capable systems for the Royal Canadian Navy (RCN). This role combines advanced technical troubleshooting with stakeholder coordination and customer engagement.
