Responsibilities / Deliverables
  • Conduct detailed review of existing business requirements.
  • Develop a BI framework mapping data and reporting needs for different perspectives, including CIS Program and broader stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with clinical experts to gather input and insights for developing and refining clinical standards.
  • Design and develop facilitation sessions to validate existing requirements and collect new business and IT requirements, including gap analysis.
  • Create and maintain detailed process and solution documentation such as workflows, use cases, user guides, and training materials to support adoption of clinical standards.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of business and client requirements to support development, operations, and deployment of the clinical standardization project; recommend and implement solutions and monitor effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of the clinical standardization project, including communication plans for stakeholders.
Requirement/Must Have (Mandate Requirements)
  • University degree in Healthcare Sciences, Health Administration, Business Administration, Health Informatics, Information Technology, or equivalent combination of applicable education and experience.
  • Healthcare leadership experience, including cross-functional leadership connecting clinical, operational, and administrative decision-makers through BI or analytics systems; experience delivering large-scale programs/projects in health systems, healthcare innovation, digital health, or clinical settings (10+ years).
  • Strategy and business planning experience in a healthcare environment, managing stakeholders at all levels, defining goals/objectives, scoping and planning projects, mitigating risks, and identifying opportunities for business growth (10+ years).
  • Experience managing a business intelligence (reporting and analytics) function or program within healthcare (hospital, government, public sector, or private organization) (6+ years).
  • Project management experience overseeing large cross-functional teams and multiple project deliveries within scope, on time, and within budget in a fast-paced environment (8+ years).
  • Availability to start work on or about the date specified in Section 8 of the SOW.
