About Us:

Here at British Swim School, we are more than just a fun, surface-level swim lesson provider. We strive to make a substantial impact within our communities to combat the tragically high child drowning statistics. We invest in quality team members to teach our lessons with the mindset that we are two schools in one: a survival school first and a learn-to-swim school second. As a result, we support our mission "to ensure that every person, regardless of age or ability, has the opportunity to become a safe and happy swimmer."

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Working at British Swim School is more than just a job; it’s a chance to create a lasting impact that could change a child's life.

As part of the British Swim School team, you play a role in your local community, empowering others and sharing your passion. It’s a chance to be part of a fun-loving team of dedicated people committed to promoting water safety and a lifelong love of water.

While we teach swimming to people of all ages and abilities, most of our students are preschool and elementary-aged kids. Our instructors should enjoy working with this age group and be good at making parents feel comfortable. Experience with children or in a child-focused job is helpful but not required if you have the right attitude. The job includes specialized training in our advanced and unique British Swim School approach.

We also offer exciting opportunities with our Customer Service Team, even if you're not in the pool. These roles involve communicating with parents by phone or at the pool, with the goal of making everyone feel like part of the British Swim School family as we focus on ensuring the “Survival of the Littlest.”

Each franchise location is independently owned and operated by a franchisee (franchise owner). Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions are made by the franchise management. All inquiries about employment should be directed to the franchise location, not British Swim School Corporate.
