SWTCH Energy Inc. is seeking a senior technology leader to unite Product, Software Engineering and Hardware into a single, high‑performing technology organization.

Reporting to the CEO and as a member of the executive team, the SVP, Technology will own SWTCH's technology strategy and execution, linking product vision with hardware and cloud platforms to a clear, scalable roadmap. You will balance long‑term strategy with hands‑on execution, drive reliability and security, and build a leadership

Qualifications

• 15+ years of technology experience with significant senior leadership experience.
• Experience leading large or complex Engineering and Product organizations.
• Strong technical foundation with the credibility to engage deeply with engineers and architects.
• Experience with hardware-enabled technology, connected devices, IoT or complex distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Product, Software Engineering and Hardware, creating a unified technology organization with clear priorities, ownership and accountability.
• Own SWTCH's technology and product strategy, translating growth plans into a roadmap across product, software, hardware and infrastructure.
• Shape the product roadmap by balancing customer needs, market opportunities, commercial priorities and platform investments.
• Drive architecture and scalability, ensuring the platform and systems can support a growing customer base and charging network.
