Job summary

Related Group seeks a Senior Vice President of Construction to lead field oversight of luxury condominium projects. This hands-on, on-site role requires regular site presence, proactive issue resolution, and collaboration with developers, contractors, and trade partners to maintain schedules and budgets.

The SVP reports to the COO, Condo President, and EVP of Construction, guiding preconstruction planning, budget management, and safety/compliance across ten active sites in South Florida.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in construction management, overseeing multiple luxury condo projects.
• Demonstrated budgeting, cost estimation, and cost-control skills.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, permitting and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee luxury multifamily/condominium construction projects (≈10 sites) with on-site presence.
• Coordinate with developers, general contractors, consultants and field teams to keep schedules and budgets.
• Prepare and present progress reports to executives and resolve escalations.
• Maintain quality control to deliver premium living spaces on time and within budget.
