A leading company specializing in culinary excellence is looking for a Kitchen Supervisor to oversee kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience and be responsible for training staff, cooking, and menu planning. This full-time, permanent role offers a competitive hourly wage and the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment.

· Wage: $30.00~$35.00/hour (depending on experience)

Job Duties:
· Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of cooks and other kitchen staff
· Prepare and cook a variety of meals and specialty dishes according to established recipes
· Train kitchen staff in proper food preparation, cooking techniques, and safe food handling practices
· Show kitchen staff how to use new cooking techniques and operate new kitchen equipment effectively
· Guide cooks on proper methods for food preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation
· Requisition food and kitchen supplies
· Develop menus and ensure all food items meet established quality
Job requirements:
· Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience is required.
· Education: Completion of secondary school is required
