JOEY Restaurants in Calgary is seeking a skilled Sushi Chef to lead our sushi production in a fast-paced kitchen. You will craft all sushi menu items with precision, maintaining world-class quality and consistency.

You bring 1–3+ years of sushi experience, a passion for culinary excellence, and a desire to learn and grow. A collaborative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit are valued as part of our team-driven culture.
