Responsibilities

What will you do?

As a Surveillance Investigator, your problem-solving and investigative skills will be put to the test assisting our clients in investigating issues, determining various scenarios and providing insight as to cause and effect. Using your excellent communications skills, you will produce comprehensive reports on your findings. Your work will often take you outside of the office, travelling locally to conduct surveillance activities.

Qualifications
  • You bring to the role two years of experience, conducting mobile and foot surveillance for insurance claims and corporate investigations.
  • In addition, you have completed an Investigator training course.
  • A diploma/degree in criminology is also considered an asset, as is a background in legal and/or psychology.
  • You also possess a valid Alberta Investigator license.

Your work week will be 37.5 hours, but you will have some flexibility and may be required to work irregular hours and days. Compensation will be commensurate with experience. We offer industry leading compensation, and a company matching RRSP plan, along with group medical, dental benefits and a kilometer (km) allowance. You will also be provided with a computer, camera, and cell phone. In return, you will require access to a motor vehicle that is suitable for surveillance, as well as a valid driver’s license.
