Interior Health in Penticton is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Surgical Department at Penticton Regional Hospital. You will provide assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of client care, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced setting.

The role offers permanent full-time employment with day and night rotating shifts (07:00–19:00 and 19:00–07:00), employer-paid benefits, competitive wages, and opportunities for training and career advancement

Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved School of Nursing.
• Current practicing registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate client care.
• Work in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Delivers client-centered care by assisting individual clients and their families respond to changing health care needs.
• Demonstrates a specialized body of knowledge and bases practice on nursing science and related content from other sciences and humanities.
