Job summary

FCC Canada Ltd. is seeking a Quality Coordinator to ensure surface works in tunnelling meet project specs and regulatory requirements. The role supports QC and QA functions, maintaining inspection records and NCR logs, and coordinating with subcontractors and utilities.

Ideal candidates hold a civil engineering or construction management degree with 5+ years in heavy civil infrastructure, including tunnelling or transit-related surface works. Travel to project sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in heavy civil infrastructure projects.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or CQE is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support QMS implementation for surface works in tunnelling.
• Conduct inspections and tests per ITPs and specs.
• Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and NCRs logs.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Assist audits and training of field staff on quality standards.
