A humanitarian organization in Canada is seeking a Full-Time Donor Relations role, focused on inbound customer service and data management tasks. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer care, strong computer skills, and attention to detail, supporting the fundraising team effectively. Reporting to the Supporter Relations Assistant Manager this inbound phone-based customer service and data entry role is responsible for critical donor facing and administrative tasks to support the MSFA fundraising team as well as assist our current and potential donors. Collectively the Donor Relations team ensures that our valued donors receive the best possible service and attention.
