Responsibilities of your role

Reporting to the Supporter Relations Assistant Manager this inbound phone-based customer service and data entry role is responsible for critical donor facing and administrative tasks to support the MSFA fundraising team as well as assist our current and potential donors. Collectively the Donor Relations team ensures that our valued donors receive the best possible service and attention.

Working independently within a collaborative and friendly team your accountabilities will include :

  • Connect with donors to keep them informed on current MSF campaigns;
  • Respond to phone and email queries from donors addressing requests and solving issues;
  • Data management in the Salesforce CRM;
  • Involvement with working groups to support your knowledge growth;
  • Input into projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you will bring

To be successful in this key influencing and donor focused role you will enjoy engaging with people and working independently within a supportive and professional environment. You will be energised by constant learning and motivated by working in a global humanitarian organisation. Ideally can demonstrate the following :

  • Call center and customer care experience;
  • Confident experience with CRM systems and strong computer literacy;
  • High attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills; and
  • A keen interest in being a part of a NFP organisation.
