A social care organization in Hamilton is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to assist adults with learning disabilities. The role involves providing care, encouragement, and helping to build confidence in daily routines. We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual with experience in care or support. You will bring a thoughtful and consistent approach to your work, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered. You will old an SVQ Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care is desirable, although we welcome applicants who are willing to work towards this. Confidence in working independently, along with a genuine commitment to supporting others, is essential for this role.

The role is mainly be based in Bellshill, Motherwell & Wishaw with an expected start date in the new year.
