Qualifications

  • High-school diploma and 6 months of related work experience required.
  • Post-secondary education in Social Services may substitute for work experience.
  • Valid driver's license is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out duties related to the provision of services and supports.
  • Support assessment of individuals' day-to-day needs.
  • Provide personal and physical care including medication administration.
  • Liaise with friends and family to address needs.
  • Support life skills training and emotional support.
