Residential Support Worker - CQC Registered Home

We are looking for Support Workers on either a full or part time basis to work across the established CQC rated Outstanding Cambian Shap Road and our new provision, soon to open within the local area.
If working within the care sector is your passion, we would love to help you develop your career within our calm, caring and supportive environment. You will have the opportunity to gain your Care Certificate Level 2 and also an NVQ Level 3 if you have not already done so when joining us!
Shap Road and our new provision are registered care homes providing care and support for up to 4 individuals in each home, aged 18 to 65, with autism, learning difficulties, and complex health needs. They operate with an Outstanding CQC judgment. Cambian Shap Road is located in Kendal and aims to support adults with learning disabilities and autistic spectrum challenges.
The successful candidates will work between Shap Road and the new service, supporting a group of adults who are happy and safe and who show respect and kindness toward each other. The life skills, support and care provided make a positive difference to their lives and to their families.

You will be part of a large supportive care team who work holistically across Care, Therapeutic & Clinical services supporting each other’s practice to deliver specialist residential services to those with additional and complex needs, including Autism, severe learning disabilities and complex health needs.
