A leading technology company in Alberta seeks a Support Technician to assist in establishing maintenance programs and ensuring equipment uptime. The role requires fluency in English and Mandarin for customer coordination. Applicants with at least 1 year of experience are preferred but entry-level applicants are welcome. Shift work includes mornings or evenings, totaling 3-4 days per week.
Required languages: English and Mandarin, to coordinate with Mandarin-speaking customers.
Preferably 1 year of experience as a Support Technician; applicants without experience are welcome to apply.
Shift work: Morning (9AM–9PM) or Evening (9PM–9AM), 3–4 days per week.
