Salary : $45,191 per annum (SEIU Administrative Assistant 2). Salary increases to $50,371 following successful completion of 6-month probation period.

Acadia is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Support Clerk to join our Financial Services team. Reporting to the Executive Director, Financial Services, this role supports Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable by ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions, including vendor payments, invoice processing, and reconciliations, while delivering professional customer service.
The Support Clerk processes invoices for approval, ensuring compliance with university policies, matches invoices to purchase orders, verifies documentation, communicates with vendors and employees on payments, assists with purchase and travel card reconciliations, participates in cheque runs and electronic payments, and maintaining financial records.
This role also handles revenue invoicing, posts transactions, monitors aged receivables, and supports collection efforts. Additional duties include processing payments, reconciling deposits, ensuring secure credit card handling, preparing statements of account, following up on outstanding balances, and assisting with reporting, reconciliations, and write‑offs.
