An educational organization in Barrie is looking for a School Office Assistant to provide administrative and secretarial support. Responsibilities include handling correspondence, maintaining records, and effectively managing inquiries. Candidates should have a two-year college diploma and relevant experience. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.
The School Office Assistant works with other school office staff to provide administrative and secretarial support within a school setting. Duties can include: preparation and/or typing of correspondence, completion of reports and documents, maintenance of files and records, answering and/or directing enquiries as per board/school policy.
