Overview

As a Supply Chain Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and coordinating complex service and operational initiatives across diverse regions. This role requires a strategic and hands-on leader who can manage multiple concurrent workstreams, collaborate effectively with Field Services, Procurement, and Operations teams, and deliver high-impact executive communications.

You will manage initiatives that drive improved performance, costs, and efficiencies across Field Services, Operations, and Indirect Procurement while ensuring alignment within the broader supply chain organization and across other business functions within the company. This position demands a confident communicator capable of presenting updates, risks, and strategic insights to executive leadership and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Lead and manage multiple projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery and operational excellence.
  • Collaboration: Work with Supply Chain and other internal teams to resolve issues and drive performance improvements.
  • Executive Presentations: Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, including strategic recommendations and performance updates.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation: charters, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate weekly stakeholder communications and executive briefings.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and contractual standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Suggest and drive continuous improvement initiatives across Supply Chain workflows.
  • Travel: Occasional travel is required.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 8 to 12 years of experience in program/project management, ideally within supply chain disciplines.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical qualifications from a recognized institution.
  • Skills: Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex service delivery programs. Strong analytical skills and experience in supply chain or technology program management. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Clarity, JIRA, MS Project). Excellent presentation and communication skills, with executive presence. Willingness to travel and adapt to dynamic project environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification: PMP or equivalent certification.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in gaming, lottery, or retail technology environments.
