Supply Chain Manager – Lean Manufacturing Focus
Location:The Lower Mainland |Full-Time|Industry:Manufacturing

We’re seeking a skilledSupply Chain Managerwith strong expertise inLean Manufacturingto drive efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead supply chain initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and cost reduction
  • Apply Lean tools (Kanban, pull systems, flow optimization) across operations
  • Collaborate with procurement, logistics, production, and engineering teams
  • Build strong supplier relationships and manage risk
  • Analyze data to improve performance and track KPIs
  • Oversee demand planning, inventory, and materials flow
  • Support value stream mapping and cross-functional improvements

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in manufacturing-based supply chain roles
  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement
  • ERP/MRP experience (Infor, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Proven leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of relevant experience
  • APICS, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
